FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers is Hiring a Client Care Specialist (Part-time) Near Romeoville, IL

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers of Romeoville is seeking, in addition to our phenomenal staff, a part-time Client Care Specialist. This position is vitally important as we grow our small practice with referrals. Therefore, we seek a reliable professional who is willing to go above and beyond to create lasting impressions and lasting relationships with our clients.

We require an organized multi-tasker with a consistently positive attitude for the multitude of duties required to keep our office running smoothly and efficiently. Those duties include (but are not limited to):
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments with EMR practice software
- Entering demographics and maintaining accurate medical records
- Verifying insurance
- Correspondence with doctors’ offices
- Exceptional verbal and written skills
- Ability to show professionalism under pressure
- Check-in/check-out patients

Preferred traits include (but are not limited to):
- Knowledge of Physical Therapy and health insurance basics a plus
- Accuracy and efficiency in all tasks
- Finding solutions to challenges and taking initiative
- Ability to show professionalism under pressure

Job Type:
- Part-time

- Pay commensurate with experience

Experience:
- Associate degree or higher preferred
- Customer service: 1 year minimum
- Client services and customer support: 1 year (preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 1 year
- Computer skills: 1 year
- IT knowledge is helpful

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Romeoville, IL 604456: reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work
(preferred)
